A Little About Appliance Synergy
Our family has been running this business since 1999. Tammy Uranday and Emil Garcia saw that Visalia and the surrounding areas of California lacked a high quality used appliance store. Before the “green” trend was popular, Tammy knew that there must be a safer option for families and businesses to dispose, recycle and refurbish appliances. 

We have been running an environmentally friendly business before “going green” was cool. We originally opened under the name ‘People’s Appliance’ but we thought a change was necessary, and as of January 1, 2015, we are operating under the new name of Appliance Synergy. Over the years, we have expanded into a large warehouse facility and have grown our team. Tammy, John Hernandez and Stephanos Garcia have taken the reigns to grow Appliance Synergy into what it is today. 

At Appliance Synergy, we strongly believe in supporting the community around us. This is where we call home, so when we see an opportunity to give back, we do. During the summer months we have a school supplies drive. Customers are encouraged to bring in pencils, markers, and other school supplies for local kids. For customers that bring in supplies, we can provide a discount depending on what they would like to purchase. During the holidays we have a canned food drive for needy families in the area. We will also try our best to provide customers with a discount if they bring in canned and nonperishable foods.
